These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Multi Manager, the property, community, and facility
management software provided by BaceBuilt at multimanager.ai (the "Service"). By creating an
account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all
activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization you register.
2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the rates shown on our pricing page.
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends; cancel any
time before then at no cost.
- Plans have usage limits (locations, homes, assets, users) as described at signup. We may suspend
accounts that exceed their plan limits after notice.
- You may cancel at any time from your account page; service continues to the end of the paid period.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Your Data
- You own the data you enter into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described
in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter the personal information of others (residents,
homeowners, tenants, vendors) into the Service, and for using communication features lawfully.
4. Communications (Email & SMS)
- The Service sends operational email (via Twilio SendGrid) and text messages (via Twilio) on your
behalf — such as work order dispatches, reservation confirmations, and violation notices.
- By providing a phone number for notifications, you consent to receive transactional text messages.
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out
or HELP for help.
- You agree not to use communication features to send spam, marketing without consent, or any unlawful
content, and to comply with applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the Service; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer the
software; use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; or resell the Service without our
written permission.
6. Availability & Support
We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but provide it "as is" without warranty of
uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email at
support@multimanager.ai.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is a management tool — it does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice (for
example, violation notices and reports are generated from your data and remain your responsibility).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and our total
liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms,
with notice where practicable. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days,
after which it may be deleted.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email and posted here with a new
effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
